Do you offer disassembling and reassembling?
Yes, Our proffesional movers will desassemble and reassemble beds or any furniture that need to be brake down to loaded properly and we will also rearange your furniture at the new location to the corresponding rooms.
How long does the moving process typically take?
The length of the moving process can vary depending on several factors such as the distance of the move, the amount of items being moved, the level of packing and preparation needed, and the type of moving service being used. If you are doing your own paking we reccomend you to have everythig packed and ready to go.
What is your process for ensuring the safety and security of my belongings during the move?
Our movers will properly pad all your wooded furniture with moving ablankets to prevent shifting or damage during the transit. mattress and or all fabric items most be shrink wrapped.
What type of payment you take?
We do accept Cash, Money order, Cashier checks, Quick pay/Zelle or venmo. Credit/Debit cards there is a fee of 4%. NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Do you charge by the hours or weight?
our charges are by the hours and our minimum is 2 hours, we prorate every 15 minutes. Time will start when arrival, end when the costumer check the truck.
What are your hourly rates?
Our hourly rate depends on the size of the crew and the crew size will depends on the inventory list or size of your move.
